Enable real-time camera

How to enable real-time camera?  In settings under Real Time Camera, it says "not enabled," and there is a comment that it can be enabled in Security Settings, but I cannot find Security Settings

You can click on that enable to activate it. You need to set a security code when using this function for the first time.
