I am a new owner here, ive followed the manual for set up to a t. I even tried holding the button to clean the base. But there is no water flowing from the water tank. Please help!!!
Regarding the problem you reported, please follow the instructions below to troubleshoot:
1. Check whether the mop is wet after the robot washes the mop. If the mop is wet normally after washing the mop, please follow step 2 to troubleshoot.
2. The robot's small water tank does not discharge water:
(1) Select mopping or sweeping mode
(2) Tear off the mop and only install the mop pad holder.
(3) After the robot cleans for 5 minutes, check the floor to see if there are small water droplets on the floor.
If so, the water flowing out of the robot's small water tank is normal.
(4) Please remove the water inlet rubber at the bottom of the base station and then reinstall the water inlet rubber
