2. **Check the charging base contacts**:
- Check the charging contacts of the charging base to make sure they can rebound normally. Please press the contacts gently to ensure their flexibility and integrity.
- At the same time, wipe the contacts of the charging base to ensure good contact.
3. **Charging test**:
- After cleaning, place the device on the charging base and charge it for at least 2 hours.
4. **Observe the charging status**:
