H15 Pro not charging

Brand new and used it less than 10x. Device is not charging. Made sure both ends are plugged in, cleaned around the sensor area, used different outlets and it will not charge.

Go on YouTube and look up a factory reset factory reset the unit and you’ll be back to normal. I had this happen to me last week. It happened some time to time to say just go on YouTube and look up the device and I’ll show you how to do a factory reset

1. **Clean the charging plate**:
- Please use a clean, soft cloth to gently wipe the charging plate on the bottom of the device. Make sure there is no dust, dirt or other materials that affect the charging contact.

2. **Check the charging base contacts**:
- Check the charging contacts of the charging base to make sure they can rebound normally. Please press the contacts gently to ensure their flexibility and integrity.
- At the same time, wipe the contacts of the charging base to ensure good contact.

3. **Charging test**:
- After cleaning, place the device on the charging base and charge it for at least 2 hours.

4. **Observe the charging status**:
- After two hours, observe whether the device can charge normally. If the device still cannot charge, please contact support.na@dreame.tech for relevant support.
