Check to make sure the base is getting AC power from the power cord (light on base should be on.) I had a similar problem. Everything looked okay but it was not getting power. Also try redocking the vacuum using the app. It is sometimes difficult to place it in the dock manually and get the vacuum to charge (my experience.)

1. Confirm that the charging dock/base station is connected to power. Ensure that both ends of the power cord are correctly plugged in.
2. Check the power indicator: it should flash white while charging and turn solid white when fully charged. Once fully charged, restart the robot and check if it functions properly.

I have the same problem with mine too, even though it’s connected and docked properly. Dock also has the power and no loose cable. I have cleaned the share points too on dock as well as machine.
I have to push it manually for it to start charging
