L40 won’t vacuum area rugs

Just got the L40 and tried the vacuum only custom mode with zone cleaning. It refuses to vacuum any of my area rugs which are not thick at all. Tried Turing off onstacle avoidance and still won’t vacuum them. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Try to reset reprogram mine goes over the rug and come back on the tile
