“Start Charging”

My L10S ultra repeatedly says “start charging” when it is docked. Even when it’s been docked for hours. I’ve updated the firmware, cleaned the charging contacts, made sure it is firmly plugged in the wall outlet and base, rebooted it. What else can I do?

Is the switch on the docking station on the back turned on and the light on the front of the dock on?
