My robot vacuum will not turn on. On the app its showing powered off and when i hold down the power button it does not come back on. Its been on the charger for 2 days.
1. If the device cannot be powered on, first check whether the ambient temperature is between 0°C and 40°C. Ambient temperatures below 0°C or above 40°C may cause the device to malfunction and fail to start normally. Please use the device within the appropriate temperature range.
2. The reason why the device cannot be powered on may be that the power is too low or the battery is dead. Please make sure to follow the steps below:
- Place the device correctly in the charging base station or charging cradle.
- Check whether the rocker switch on the back of the base station is turned on and whether the base station indicator light is on normally.
- It is recommended to charge the robot for 2 to 3 hours.
- Then take the robot out and try to power it on.
If the robot still cannot be powered on after charging, try resetting the device. If the reset still does not work, please contact after-sales service (support.na@dreame.tech) for repair.
