Hi. I just viewed your video. I have a MOVA S10 Plus. I'm not sure if yours work the same but turn your vacuum around in the docking station. From the video it appears to be docked backwards. I hope this works for you.
The shutdown may be caused by insufficient power of the device. Please place the device correctly in the base station to charge for 2-3 hours, then restart the robot and try again.
