Hi all just purchased the new dreame 20 ultra
When moping we don t see water streaks , we don t even see the mops wet. As if it is dry moping. We added water and solution to the base.
What is wrong ?
I had the same issue with my unit. It turned out to be defective. No water was getting to the mop pads. Check if water is decreasing in clean water tank and if any water is being emptied in the dirty water tank.
Please clean the water outlet of the water tank, then fill the clean water tank with water and observe the use. If you have any questions during subsequent use, please contact support.na@dreame.tech for further support.
