X50 recharging too soon.

My X50 returns to base to recharge with 67% charge still remaining.  What's up with that? Bad battery?

Solved: the robot dust box was compacted with dog hair.  The robot returned to base and resumed charging, but never tried to empty it's dust box.  The robot never issued a warning that the dust box was full.

In addition, regarding your dust collection frequency setting, we recommend that you adjust the "Auto Empty" setting to high frequency mode, which can clean the dust box more frequently and reduce the problem of hair clogging.
