How do I change or update the sequence of the rooms? For example 1 is on the front of the house with 2 in the back…14 in the middle.
Also, why is it running for 9 hours? We programmed it to start at 11am and when we came back from a family event at 7:45pm she was still running (1 floor, 2800 sq ft). Is that normal?
In my case, I use a custom cleaning (instead of Clean Genius) and I select Room cleaning, then Custom. Here you can select the rooms in the order you want them cleaned (and reorder them if necessary), additionally you can specify what you want done (vacuum, mop, both) in each room, along with other parameters.
As to the 9 hour cleaning time, in our case it always goes back to the robot dust bin being clogged. The robot keeps going back to the base but never empties the bin. So we manually empty it and then the robot starts working right again with reduced cleaning time.
