[X50 Ultra] Arms not extending

I have the x50. From what I can see all settings are turned on but the brush as well as mop don’t seem to extend while going around baseboards, corners, etc. Is there something I’m doing wrong?

I keep getting an overflow in the washbasin message. I soak up the water and clean everything but it continues to happen with every wash cycle.

Hi,

Regarding your problem, you can refer to the following operations:

1. If the robot is cleaning along the edge, the device will not expand when it is along the edge. If the device does not expand on the chair legs or other corners, you need to confirm whether mopextend is turned on.

2. If the problem cannot be solved, please provide the abnormal video and confirm the time when the video was taken, and share the device with our technical team DreamehomeID:ES514729. We need to upgrade the version to see the data for further analysis.

Please send the above information to: support.na@dreame.tech (so that the video can be sent later. Videos cannot be sent in replies in the forum.)

We hope above information can help you.
