I brought a new ultra L10 gen 2 and it doesn’t clean properly and doesn’t even go to the edges and corners..doesn’t clean the whole area and goes back to the dock..even if there is no obstacle it still doesn’t go to the edges of the walls.

That’s really weird I just got mine too and didn’t have any issues. I think I remember there was a software update when I first unboxed it… did you do the update?
The robot will only swing outwards in the corners (corners, table and chair legs). You can turn off the low collision mode and wipe the lower edge sensor to check whether the radar rotates normally and there is nothing blocking it. Clean the area that was not cleaned properly several times.

I tried the setting as you suggested but it still doesn’t work.it can’t detect carpet and finds difficult to go to the dock too. Moves all around to fine the dock.
