Cleaning solution

Since the cleaning solution only goes to clean the mop. Is it possible to add detergent directly in the clean water tank so the floor gets clean with it? And possibly better smell too

I would like to know the answer to this question.

I added solution to the clean water tank. All it did was make everything smell horrific and coated everything in a slime. I wouldn’t advise.

The solution doesn’t really have a smell to it. I didn’t know it only went to clean the mops. I was wondering why I haven’t had to add any more to the container.

The cleaning solution is dispensed onto the mop and then cleans, not directly onto the floor.

If you choose to dispense cleaning solution into the clean water tank, please ensure that the ratio is 1:200, otherwise the floor may become sticky. Note that 1 is cleaning solution and 200 is clean water.
