Device, settings and maps are gone

After the dream app updated my device and all of its configurations are gone. How do I restore my maps using the cache

If your map is tilted, overlapping, or incomplete, you can restore the previously saved map by following these steps:

1. Make sure the robot is not in use. In the app, tap Map → Multi-floor Maps → Tap a map → Restore.
  
Once the map is restored successfully, the previous map will be cleared and the restored map will be used for the next cleaning session.

2. The map restoration process takes approximately 30 seconds. If it times out, please try again. Note: Deleted maps cannot be restored. Map restoration only applies to overlapping or incomplete maps. If the map is lost, return the robot to the charging dock and start cleaning. The map will automatically be restored after the cleaning task is completed.
  
3. To access map restoration: - Open the app and tap the map icon. - Go to "Multi-maps." - Select the current map and tap "Restore." - Select a map from the list of restored maps and tap "Restore." - Confirm your selection to restore the map.
  
For L10s Ultra and earlier models (Dream Home app and Mi Home app), please follow the steps above. For the L20 Ultra and L30 Ultra, detailed instructions are provided in their respective app interfaces.
