Obstacle recognition images not displaying

I have a new L40 and I’m getting almost no obstacle recognition images after a cleaning cycle.  In the last cycle there were almost 20 obstacles detected of various types and only one had an image to review. Is this typical or a defect?

Me too!  New L40 Ultra bought during July Prime days.  I have the exact same problem.  I've been dealing with Dreame tech for a couple of weeks now & still no resolution!

You'll need to first confirm whether the live view image was activated during the mission, or before the mission began. This requires sharing your device and uploading logs for analysis. Our technical team's UID is: YO786318.
