L20ultra leaving crumbs and debris behind

I’ve had my L20 ultra about 6 months.
For the past month it doesn’t seem to be emptying completely - when I turn it over and take the roller out it is jammed with debris that I manually remove.  Even after manually removing Debi’s and running and empty cycle the base it still leaves small crumbs and lint behind.   This was while on max vacuum setting.

To ensure optimal suction and performance, we recommend cleaning the dust bin regularly. This prevents the accumulation of debris like hair and ensures smooth operation.

Also, regarding your dust collection frequency settings, we recommend adjusting the "Auto Empty" setting to a high frequency setting. This will clean the dust bin more frequently and reduce the risk of hair clogging. (Great! You've already done this!)
