Water tank

I have L10s Plus, when I use the mopping function it have no water comes out of the water tank, I already did clean the blowhole on the top of water tank and check everything. Still can’t fix it, how i can fix this problem?

To address your issue, we recommend the following:

1. Verify that the base station is properly discharging water from the mop.

After the base station finishes washing the mop, is the mop properly moistened? If it isn't, this indicates an abnormal water flow from the base station. If the mop is properly moistened, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot.

2. Check the water flow from the small water tank:

Remove the mop pad from the robot and only attach the mop pad holder.

Then, start a mopping task from the base station. After 5 minutes of cleaning, check for water droplets on the floor. If there are small water droplets on the floor, this indicates that the robot's small water tank is discharging water properly.

3. Adjust the backwash frequency setting:

Open the app, go to Settings, and adjust the "mop-washing frequency" option to "bytime-10 minutes."

After setting this, continue to observe the robot using this setting to confirm that it is mopping properly.

4. **After-Sales Repair Arrangements**:
