Does it vacuum in addition to mopping

I cannot get it to vacuum- it only mops. What is the secret?

I opened the forum because mine is with the same problem!

1. What model is your machine? Please confirm your cleaning settings in the app.

2. If the cleaning settings are correct, please confirm that air is coming out of the air outlet while sweeping. If air is coming out, the fan is functioning properly. We recommend cleaning the dust bin and filter to ensure unimpeded suction. We recommend increasing the suction power and performing multiple cleaning cycles to improve cleaning performance.
