Please ensure that the connection is established on a 2.4GHz WiFi network.

Confirm that both the robot and mobile phone are in proximity to the router to guarantee a strong WiFi signal. Additionally, please enable the location permission for the App and activate the Bluetooth on your mobile phone prior to configuring the network. Failure to enable these permissions may result in a network configuration failure.When connecting to the hotspot created by the robot, after hearing the voice prompt from the robot, please return to the App and await the network configuration result.It is advisable to set the home Wi-Fi name and password using only English characters or numbers, and it is recommended to avoid the use of special characters. Please check whether the router is configured with MAC address filtering or whitelisting. If so, consider resetting the router and restarting the robot before attempting to connect again.If the aforementioned methods do not yield success, we suggest using one mobile phone to create a hotspot as the Wi-Fi network while another mobile phone connects to this hotspot to configure the network for cross-validation. Connection failures may also be influenced by the model of the mobile phone. We recommend attempting the connection with different mobile phone models.Should the connection still fail, we kindly ask you to provide the following information for further assistance:
(1) The SN code of the robot (this can be found on the SN label located at the bottom of the robot or charging dock, as shown in the attached picture).
(2) Your APP account ID (this can be found in the APP under "Me" > "Account ID").
(3) A video demonstrating your entire connection process (you may record a video of your phone screen).
