[L10s Ultra Gen 2] Dust Bag Not Installed ?

It’s saying the dust bag needs to be installed, it has been working great since I purchased 3/14/2025. A very small metal clip came out. I cannot get it back where I think it goes. Not sure if that’s the problem or not. Do I need to send it in for warranty work ? Please Advise.

Hi,

Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:

1. Ensure that you are not using a deformed or damaged dust bag.

2. Disconnect the power from the base station and remove the dust bin cover. Take out the existing dust bag and reinstall a new one, making sure that the clips are fully engaged in the track.

3. When inserting the dust bag, you should hear a "click" sound, confirming that it is completely sealed in place.

I suspect that is the lever for a switch. It may be why the bag isn’t detected. Just a guess.
I think you’re right.
