[L10s Ultra] Water pump non functional

Water doesn’t get pumped from the clean water tank to wash the pads. No noise at all when it’s supposed to be cleaning.
I’ve had horrible customer service experience with Dreame before (it took 2 months for a warranty repair). Does anyone know what model of pump I can buy and try to replace it myself?
