Mops won't attach

I've just opened the L40 Ultra and during initial setup step 3 it instructed to install the mop assembly. I tried, but both of them keep falling out. I see magnets on each mop, but inside the ports on the robot I dont see any magnets or metal just black plastic with a hole in the center. Is it normal?

**Check the magnets on the mop pad holder**: If you have replaced the mop pad but the problem persists, please check whether the magnets on the mop pad holder are normal.

Please first try to switch the left and right mops. If the magnets are normal, please confirm that you are using the original mop pad of Dreame. If you are using a non-original product, it is recommended to replace it with the original mop pad of Dreame to ensure compatibility and effect.

**Further troubleshooting steps**:
- (1) Remove the robot from the base station, then remove the mop pad holder on the robot, and then manually restart the robot.
- (2) Wait for the robot to restart and return to normal.
- (3) After restarting, reinstall the mop pad holder on the robot.


If the above troubleshooting is ineffective, please contact support.na@dreame.tech, collect abnormal videos, share the device with the agents, reproduce the problem, and upload the robot vacuum cleaner log for troubleshooting.
