Won’t vacuum one of the exercise room

Hello, my robot vacuum arrived today and I tried letting it map the rooms. However, it does not vacuum the “exercise room.” At the entrance of that room, there is a 1-inch mat under the treadmill. The vacuum climbs onto the mat, mops a spot, then climbs back out and starts mopping the small corridor instead of cleaning the exercise room. Could you let me know what I should do in this case? Should I reset the robot to re-map the exercise room, or is there a troubleshooting step I should try first?

Please refer to the troubleshooting below:

"1. **Narrow area is inaccessible**:
- If the robot encounters a confined space, it may not be able to enter for cleaning. Please make sure to enter the cleaned space at least 2 cm larger than the width of the robot so that the robot can pass smoothly.

2. **Ultrasonic Carpet Recognition**:
- In mopping mode, some robots equipped with ultrasonic carpet recognition may recognize the carpet and choose not to enter the area for cleaning. Please consider removing the carpet before performing a cleaning test.

3. **Map overlay causes abnormal positioning**:
- If the bot's maps overlap, it can lead to misalignment, which can lead to missed scans. In this case, try remapping or restoring a previously saved map to ensure that the bot correctly recognizes the environment.

4. **Entrance Ground Obstacles**:
- If there is an obstacle such as a woolly carpet or power lines at the entrance to the area, the robot will avoid the obstacle and will not be able to enter the area. Please remove these obstacles before cleaning so that the robot can enter the cleaning smoothly.
