Useless moves

The vacuum runs for a wile then he moves around without doing anything then he starts vacuum again very disappointed in this product. The vacuum function is all the way turned up and not picking up correctly.

1. First, please confirm whether there is wind blowing out of the air outlet during the vacuuming process. If there is wind blowing out, it means that the fan is working properly.
