LS10 Ultra

I keep getting an error that the Wheels are stuck and I get a clean cliff sensor error. I checked the wheels and cleaned the sensor but it’s still on that same error. I have restarted it aswell but no luck. Anybody else have this issue?

Hi,

Please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:

Regarding the wheel stuck issue:
1. Check if the wheels are stuck by foreign objects and clean them thoroughly.
2. Press the wheels with both hands to see if they can rebound normally.

Regarding the clean cliff sensor error:
1. Upgrade the robot firmware to the latest version.
2. Turn off the power, flip the device over, and use an alcohol-moistened cotton swab to clean the surface of the cliff sensors (usually the four black oval windows on the bottom). This helps remove dust or water stains that may cause interference.
3. Avoid using the robot on dark carpets or reflective tile surfaces. If necessary, set up no-go zones or virtual walls via the app to block high-risk areas.
