Not mopping

Why is my x40 ultra not mopping? It’s set to vacuum and mop but only vacuuming. When I set it to mop only it’s just drives around mops for about 30 seconds then never mops again. It continues to just drive around without mopping.

Please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Check if there is any debris stuck in the device’s wheels.
2. Inspect the sensors for blockages; gently tap them to see if they rebound normally.
3. Verify if there are carpets in your home and if the carpet setting is set to "Vacuum Only" — in this case, the device not mopping on carpets is normal.
4. Check for obstacles along the cleaning path and ensure all doors are open.
5. Inspect the robot’s base for stuck objects. Clean the base area to ensure no obstacles interfere with the mop pad’s rotation.
6. Confirm if the designated cleaning area has restricted zones set, which may prevent the device from accessing and mopping.
7. Restart the robot: Turn off the robot, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on. Observe its working status afterward.
8. Check if there is any error prompt displayed on the APP.
