Cleaning History

The cleaning history isn’t recorded anymore. I haven’t figured out a pattern but my Ultra X50 goes out on a scheduled run and there’s no notification or anything recorded in the cleaning history afterward when I have seen it launch earlier.

Hi,

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Re-login to the app.

2. Clear the app cache:
For iOS users: Clear the cache in the app’s settings page.
For Android users: Go to System Settings > Application Management, find the app, and clear the cache under Storage.

3. Regarding notifications: Ensure you have enabled notifications in the app (settings > more functions > notification) and allowed notifications for the Dreamehome app on your phone.

4. After trying the above, start a cleaning task again. Once it ends, check if there is still no cleaning record or notification in the app.
