L40 Won’t Turn On After Reset

Hello, I’ve had my L40 Ultra for 2 months and have had no problems with it until now. I preformed a factory reset because the app was stuck saying the clean water was low- I tried to logout and delete and reinstall the app, none of which helped. After the factory reset, I heard the vacuum say that it was factory resetting and I can’t get it to turn on after scanning the QR code to re-set it up.
Please help.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. If the device cannot be powered on, first check whether the ambient temperature is between 0°C and 40°C. Ambient temperatures below 0°C or above 40°C may cause the device to be abnormal and unable to start normally. Please use the device within the appropriate temperature range.

2. The reason why the device cannot be powered on may be that the power is too low or the battery is dead. Please make sure to follow the steps below:
- Place the device correctly in the charging base station or charging cradle.
- Check whether the rocker switch on the back of the base station is turned on and whether the base station indicator light is on normally.
- It is recommended to charge the robot for 2 to 3 hours.
- Then take out the robot and try to power it on.

3. If the robot still cannot be powered on after charging, try to reset the device.

If the issue remains unresolved after completing the above steps, please contact support.na@dreame.tech for further investigation and assistance. Also, kindly provide a video of the problem to help with diagnosis.
