[H14] Water Tank Spitting water

My water tank is spitting water from the actual tank. My cleaning solution tank is rapidly depleting itself. I've had to fill it twice in one day. Any suggestions on how to fix it? There aren't any holes that I can see and it isn't been knocked over.

Could you please confirm two points first:
1. Is your device model H14 or H14 Pro? H14 does not have a separate cleaning solution tank—you need to manually add cleaning solution to the clean water tank.
2. Regarding your issue: Is the cleaning solution being used up quickly in actual use, or does the device frequently prompt you to add cleaning solution even when the tank is full?

Here are troubleshooting steps based on different scenarios:
1. If the cleaning solution is used up quickly: Remove the cleaning solution tank alone, fill it with water/cleaning solution, and let it stand to check for leaks. Also, the consumption speed of cleaning solution depends on the frequency of daily cleaning.
2. If the device prompts to add cleaning solution frequently but the tank is full:
a. If the cleaning solution tank was just refilled when empty, it may take some time for the solution to flow into the pipeline—please run the device for a while and try again.
b. Try turning off the device and then turning it on again.
c. Press and hold the "Self-Clean + Voice" buttons for 3 seconds until you hear the prompt for factory reset, then try again. Note: You will need to reconfigure the network after factory reset.
