H15 Mix wont connect to app

Hello!
Trying to add the dreame h15 mix to the app and everything works, i'm even able to give it a name, then suddenly i see a small notification that says: Failed.
Our Wifi set to 2.4Ghz for sure, and also tried using another Wifi.
What can i do? Please help

Regarding the "Failed" prompt when adding the device to the app, please try these troubleshooting steps:

1. Restart your router, move the device closer to the router for setup, and check if the router has special settings (e.g., a device whitelist).

2. Verify that the Wi-Fi name and password you entered are correct. If there’s a mistake, please correct them promptly. It’s recommended to use a combination of letters and numbers for the Wi-Fi name and password.
