Robot making squeaky noise when moving

I think something is wrong with my robot. The X40 Ultra is almost a year old, but he is making a squeaky noise when moving. I think something with the wheels? Is there a guide on removing and reattaching the wheels? My apartment has no steps or anything that could result in a damage to the wheel. I am confused and I am not sure what to do next. If you have any suggestions please let me know.

Hi,
Please try the following troubleshooting:

"1. Check whether the suction is set to high suction in the APP. As the suction increases, the working sound will also increase.
2. If the carpet boost mode is turned on, the machine will automatically increase the suction after recognizing the carpet, and the working sound will also increase.
3. The fan will start working when the machine is backwashing, and the sound will also increase.
4. If there is an abnormal sound during operation, please remove the side brush, roller brush cover and roller brush or rag plate at the bottom of the machine, start the machine and observe. If the working sound returns to normal
① Install the side brush first, start the machine, if there is an abnormal sound during operation, check whether the side brush is deformed.
② If the side brush works normally after installation: the rubber strip of the roller brush cover of the new machine moves against the floor and produces friction. You can persist in using it for a few times to observe.
③ If there is an abnormal sound after installing the roller brush, please remove the roller brush and check whether the two ends of the roller brush are entangled. When installing the cover, pay attention to the four sides being in place.
-------------------
If the working sound does not return to normal after removing the side brush, main brush, main brush cover and mop
①After turning off the machine, press down on both sides of the drive wheel and slide the drive wheel at the same time to check whether it can rotate and whether it can rebound after releasing it, and clean it.
②Turn the universal wheel to check whether it is smooth. If it is not smooth, please clean it.
③If the filter component is washed with water, make sure it is completely dry before use. The undried filter component will cause abnormal noise when the robot is working. "

If the issue remains unresolved after completing the above steps, please contact support.na@dreame.tech for further investigation and assistance.
Also, kindly provide a video of the problem to help with diagnosis.
