[H14 Pro] H15 Pro heat connection issue

Hello,
I just purchased the H15 Pro heat vacuum. I’m trying to connect it to the app, but I’m having issues with my Wi-Fi.
I then tried using the custom network (dreame-hold-xxx-xx) — everything went fine until the last step, where I got an error message saying “device can’t be added.”

The vacuum seems to be connected (lights and indicators show it’s linked), but it doesn’t appear in the app.

Note: I selects h14 pro because the H15 Pro option isn't available in your list.

Hi,
Please make sure your app region selection matches your device's region version. If you have a US device, the Dreamehome app has the H15 Pro heat option.

If the issue remains unresolved and you are a user in North America, you can contact support.na@dreame.tech for support (this is the North American after-sales email address).

Also, kindly provide the device's SN, invoice and a video of the problem to help with diagnosis.
