Vac caught in endless loop

The vac returned to base to empty, clean and dry mop pads and recharge. It returns to base, soaks the mop pads and leaves, goes out, returns to base, soaks the mop pads, goes out, returns to base, repeat and repeat and repeat. It appears to be a glitch in the program? How can I resolve this issue????

I’ve in the last month also started having similar issues. I’ve had my unit for almost a full year now since last Black Friday sale. It will leave the dock to start cleaning but immediately go back to dock and empty bin, then it starts charging like it finished its job without even actually cleaning anything.

I have experienced the same thing. I wonder if there is a gitch. It is not doing what it is supposed to do.
