Automatic water supply and drainage device not installed Error

I have purchased a Dreame L10 Ultra Gen 2 and it will not mop. It keeps saying “automatic water supply and drainage device not installed”. However, I have not purchased nor do I want to have this function. The door on the back where this would be attached is sealed properly. I have also had it tell me that there is a washboard error. I can get this thing to vacuum but I can’t get the mopping feature to work. Please help!

Have you tried factory resetting the robot?

Hi,

Regarding the "automatic water supply and drainage device not installed" error, please try the following troubleshooting:

1. Ensure the app and device firmware are up to date.

2. Confirm whether the Automatic Water Supply and Drainage device Self-Test has been manually activated on the Device Maintenance screen.

3. When this error message appears in the app, tap a blank area to see if you can bypass the screen.

4. Clear the app cache.

Regarding the washboard error, please troubleshoot as follows:

1. Check the sewage outlet:
- Remove the washboard and check if the drain outlet is blocked. If blocked, clean it thoroughly.
- Wipe the overflow sensor on the washboard to ensure it is free of dirt and debris.

2. Check the sewage tank:
- Carefully remove the sewage tank and check if the sewage tank sealing ring is loose, dirty, or turned over. If the sealing ring is dirty, reinstall it and wipe it clean with a cloth to ensure it is firmly installed. If the sealing ring has a turned edge, provide a photo of the anomaly.

3. Fix the sewage tank buckle:
- After emptying the wastewater from the wastewater tank, ensure that the buckle is secured and the wastewater tank is firmly installed in place to prevent leakage during operation.

4. Reinstall the old water tank:
- Reinsert the old water tank into the base. Gently press down to ensure it is properly and securely installed.

5. Clean the base:
- Wipe off the residual water in the equipment base with a dry cloth. After cleaning, reinstall the washboard and check if the fault still exists.

If the issue persists, please contact support.na@dreame.tech and provide a screenshot or screen recording of the two issues.
