L40 ultra confised on carpet

Does anyone have issue with the l40 ultra on installed carpet? My rooms with tile get vac and mopped quickly and straight lines. However, when it get su to bedroom or family room that has installed carpet it seems to loose its mine. It goes in circles, misses many areas and takes hours. It has to rechaege at least once in a room that is 16x22. Mostly wide open, which is the really confusing part. Once in a great while it will vacuum properly in lines back and forth, but mostly confused circles. Any thoughts or input would be helpful

You need to determine the specific material of your carpet. If it's thick or shaggy, the AI ​​camera on the front of the robot will identify it as an obstacle and prevent it from cleaning.

Also, if the carpet is long, it may get tangled in the wheels or main brush, preventing it from moving.
