Can’t share the robot with another acount

Dear,
We got two robots L10s Ultra Heat Pro and got the same problem with both of them.  One is at home and we would like to share it on our phones with my husband.  The second one is at work and we would like to share it with my partner.  In each case,  the application doesn’t recognize the acount of the person with which we would like to share.  We tryed to exchange the phone on which the robot is installed first, to make shure the acount is running well (and that works) but the application still doesn’t recognize the second acount that was running first.  
How to do please ?

To share a device, manual sharing is required.
1. Please first log in with the main account to manage the device.
2. On the Device interface, click the three dots in the upper right corner. Options such as "Add Device" and "Device Sharing" will appear.
3. Select Device Sharing, choose the device you want to share, and then enter the account you wish to share with (you can navigate to the Me interface; your DreameHome ID is displayed at the top of this page).
