L40Ultra malfunctions

My L40 used to work flawlessly.  I updated the firmware and now the following happens:
1. Does not complete the cleaning task
2. Might clean one room but doesn’t move to subsequent room despite adequate charge
3.  Gets disoriented and cannot return to dock or again returns without completing task
4.  No longer auto empty of dustbin or auto washing of mop pads after cleaning.
5.  Does not record cleaning history
6.  Reset button does not work, unable to actually push.

I have cleaned everything on the device, filters, sensors, base, new dust bag.

Please help!  L40 used to be my favorite and is letting me down.

You have to put a pin into that little hole for like 5 seconds  to do reset

I have the dream 10 ultra and it’s a nightmare. It’s so hard to sit. It’s so hard to get to do anything today. I had it set to mop the dining room and it mopped in one square foot constantly for 10 minutes and never moved. I finally had to send it to the dock.

🥵 Same issue - won't dock consistently or finish cleaning tasks.  Now I'm unable to edit out the green and red no-go zones in the app.  What worked flawlessly for 2 years has now become a pain to manage. 🥵

Thank you for telling me about the pin to reset.  I was able to do this.  Unfortunately I couldn’t reset WiFi without deleting the device so now I have to remap the entire house.  BUT that seems to do the trick bc it seems to be working as designed.  Time will tell after the remap.  Fingers crossed!
