[X50 Ultra] No suction

I’ve cleaned it several times it does not suck up anything from the smallest dust to larger particles. Had it since march. Seemed to stop working right a month or so ago.

Maybe your suction was on the wrong setting? Try putting him on spot cleaning like pick him up and click on the robot the spot cleaning and see if it works

Ours is doing the same thing. I have been in contact with customer service. No air flow in any of the settings and filter and dust bin is clean. Hoping to hear something soon. Love the vacuum, but...
