Just bought so I’m new to the robot. Mapped out with my rugs in normal place but when cleaned seemed to get stuck on them. I thought this would work on rugs?

You need to confirm the actual carpet material. If the carpet is long-haired or thick, the AI camera in front of the robot will identify the carpet as an obstacle and will not clean it.
