L10s Ultra Mop/Vacuum Leaking

Just got this, a couple times now it looks like the base keeps filling the robot even after it leaves the base. The first time I didnt see what happened but this time it was definitely filling without the robot attached. Any idea why it would do this?

It could be because the containers lid(s) are not fully shut. Also be sure the containers are latched properly inside the unit.  Mine was doing the same thing but I closed the lid and had worked fine since.

Please try the following troubleshooting.

1. Please check the water tank for leaks.

2. Clean any dirt from the bottom of the base station.

3. Test the base station again after two minutes of inactivity.
