Aqua 10 not emptying dust bin

Hello Everyone. I have an Aqua10 roller that the dust bin is not emptying properly into the dock. I have the frequency set to high for auto emptying and have checked the bag in the dock. The dock does attempted to evacuate the bin on the vacuum, but it seems as though there is not enough suction to pull the material into the docks bag(right now it is maybe 1/8 to 1/4 full). Attached some pictures. Any help would be greatly appreciated

From the photo, the issue may relate to hair and debris buildup: if your home has a significant amount of hair, the vacuum’s dust box can become full quickly. This buildup may block the dust collection port, making it difficult for dirt to be properly collected.

To address this, we kindly recommend the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Clean the dust box and filter manually on a regular basis. The vacuum’s dust box requires routine maintenance—we suggest checking and cleaning it at least 1–2 times per week.

2. Optimize settings for hair-heavy environments. Set the auto-empty mode to “Standard Mode” (which triggers emptying after each cleaning task) and use the zone cleaning function. Clean only small areas at a time—this allows the vacuum to return to the base station promptly for emptying, reducing hair buildup.
