App doesn't show robot cleaning.

I upgraded to an L50 Ultra recently, but the app does not display the robot cleaning its route. It continues to show the robot docked although it's cleaning.  The app is up to date and I never had this issue before with the L10 Ultra pro. Any suggestions?
