[L10s Ultra] Not mopping and vacuum is not picking up

Hello
I have a L10s ultra and for the last while it hasn't been mopping properly, the pads are not always wet. It also leaves a lot of dirt behind. I keep it fairly clean and always make sure it has enough water. I keep the main brush free of debris as well and check the dustbin regularly

Use distilled water, most likely drip holes are clogged.

Hi,

Regarding the suction issue, please try the following troubleshooting steps.

Please confirm whether there is wind blowing out of the air outlet while the robot is vacuuming.
1. If wind is blowing out, this indicates the fan is working properly.
- We recommend cleaning the dust box and filter to ensure the device’s suction remains unobstructed.
- Additionally, please increasing the suction power and performing multiple cleaning cycles to improve the overall cleaning effect.
2. If there is no wind blowing out of the air outlet during vacuuming and no fan operation sound is heard, this may mean the fan is abnormal.

Regaring the mop issue, please try the following troubleshooting steps.

1. Verify base station water output: Please confirm whether the mop pads get properly wet after the base station cleaning cycle. If the mop pads remain dry, this indicates a base station water output issue. If the mop pads get wet normally, please proceed with the following steps.
2. Check the main unit water tank output:
a.Remove the mop pads from the robot, but keep the mop pad holder installed on the robot.
b.Start a mopping task from the base station and wait for 5 minutes during cleaning.
c.Check if water droplets appear on the floor, which would indicate normal water output from the main unit tank.
3. Adjust the mop - washing frequency setting:
- Please go to the cleaning settings and adjust the option of "mop - washing frequency" to "by time—10min".
- After changing this setting, continue observing the robot's performance to confirm if normal mopping resumes.

If the issue remains unresolved and you are a user in North America, you can contact support.na@dreame.tech for support.

Also, kindly provide a video/photo of the problem to help with diagnosis.
