Device connection

My application will not switch to the "my device" screen. It reports the device is charging however it will not let me access any actions. I tried uninstalling the application and unplugging the base.

Hi,

To troubleshoot, please try the following steps:
1. Exit the app and log in again (close the entire app backend).
2. Clear the app cache:
- For iOS users: Clear the cache in the settings page of the app.
- For Android users: Go to System Settings > Application Management, find the app, and clear the cache under Storage.

3. Please restart the robot. If possible, please try reconfiguring it.
