L10s ultra - no water at all

My L10s Ultra is not releasing water when cleaning the mop pads. I already tried using a syringe to flush the water line, and I can see some water coming out from the outlet under the base board. When I press and hold the “Home” button for 3 seconds, a small amount of water and foam appear on both sides of the mop-washing tray. What should I do next? Please help

Hi,

1. Please confirm that you are using Dreame official cleaning solution.Other brands of cleaning solutions or disinfectants may cause internal pipe blockages and affect machine performance.
2. Please check if there are any foreign objects blocking the sealing plug(refer to attached picture) of the clean water tank and the pipeline.
3. Ensure the clean water tank cover is properly closed. If unsure, gently open and reinstall the tank to confirm it's securely positioned.
4. Use a cleaning tool to clean the water outlet holes at the bottom of the base station.
5. Initiate the self-cleaning function via the App and observe if water flows properly from the spray holes at the base station bottom, confirming normal operation.
