Trouble setting Threshold in app

Any tips on setting thresholds in the app?

X40 Ultra will go up onto the anti-fatigue mat in the kitchen, but will not come down off the mat.
Thinks the edges are "drop offs"... even with the passable threshold setting

Please wipe the cliff sensor at the bottom of the device. If the edge of the mat is relatively steep, it may trigger an error on the device. For further analysis, please provide a video or photo of the error via direct message to check if the steep slope is causing the error.
