It returned to charge when it still has 84% batteries

Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Has the device completed its task? After returning to charging, wait for the device to finish collecting dust or washing the mop, then check if the app indicates that cleaning is complete.
2. Check the device interface for any error messages.
3. Did the device require dust collection or mop washing midway through the cleaning process?
