Cleaning bottle solution leaks out once installed

L10s Ultra model:  Cleaning solution leaks out once it is installed.  The cleaning solution pools underneath both clean and dirty water containers.  What is causing this?  Brand new / fresh out of the box.  I've not even had the chance to use my bot.

Please check the cleaning fluid container for damage. Remove it separately and shake it gently.

Check the location where the base station's cleaning fluid container is installed for damage.
