Not docking in the docking station

Hi
My robot vacuum will not go in the docking station, it will roll back down, I did mapping three times and tried different things. Has anyone had similar issue ? I just started using yesterday for the first time. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Please apply an appropriate amount of grease to the docking position of the base station.This will help ensure smoother docking between the robot and base station.
2. After application, ensure any excess lubricant is wiped clean to prevent interference with the docking process.
3.Remove the mop pad and washboard, then reinstall the washboard securely to ensure proper robot operation.
4. Wipe the charging contacts of the robot and the base station to ensure there is no dirt or dust obstructing the contact. At the same time, check if there are any foreign objects stuck in the main wheels. If so, please clean them up in time.
5. Disconnect the base station from power, wait approximately 2 minutes, then reconnect. Simultaneously, restart the robot. Then try returning the robot to the base station to check if it can dock properly.

I had the same problem, but found that there is a power button on the back of the docking station that needs to be in the on position for the robot to return to the dock

Mine had ussues getting into the  Docking station because the ramp extension does not mate very reliably to the bottom of the main ramp the solution for me was to make sure that the 2 pieces of the ramp fit together with no protrusions sticking out. I stumbled on this solution when I realized that when the robot was backing into the docking station the left hand side of it would like get stuck or hung up and it wasn't getting into the docking station straight or completely

Why should she have to clean it when it’s beand new? And why does she need to put “grease” on it. It’s brand new! I’m having the same issue.
